We try to be a light-hearted bunch here at Gorgeous Games, but from time to time we have to stop being in the jigsaw-zone and think about more adult things. Things like how we use cookies, safely store your data, protect your privacy, handle refunds, and generally be a responsible company that you will want to use again. With that in mind we have put together the following page which hopefully should answer all the questions that you might have. PAYMENT AND BILLING

 

Gorgeous Games offers secure checkout via SSL, and we accept payment by PayPal and all major credit and debit cards. Please contact us directly by email at matt.slinger@gorgeous.games if you have any issues with payments.

DELIVERY and shipping

Our puzzles are stored in a number of different locations, and delivery times are dependent on the product ordered, and the delivery location. With the exception of new releases and customised puzzles, most of our UK stock is handled by Amazon. Orders sent to mainland Europe and further afield are sent directly from our offices. In order to manage expectations, particularly with regards to new products, we would typically post-out within 10 working days however in most situations this should be much quicker. If you have any queries about the status of your order please contact us for an update. 

Once posted the following are rough estimates on postage times based on the providers that we most often use;

  • UK | 1-2 business days

  • Europe | 3-5 business days

  • USA + Cananda | 5-10 business days

Refunds for faulty products or missing pieces

 

Your puzzle should be in perfect condition and if you find that there is an issue with your product, or that a piece is missing then, first of all please accept our apologies in advance. We aim to provide a reliable product upon which you can trust, and rest-assured that we will do all we can to help sort out the problem.
